Our work
Located in Burnsville, Minnesota, this 85,000 sf medical facility has a four-OR surgery center. Medical Developers handled the land purchase, managed the architectural design and municipal approval processes, bid the project, negotiated leases, arranged financing for construction and coordinated permanent loans.
